BIOCYTE is working at the update of the Site to provide exact information to the Users. However, BIOCYTE cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or exhaustiveness of the data presented on the Site. BIOCYTE refuses all liability for inaccuracy or omission concerning available data on the Site as well as for all damages resulting from a fraudulent intrusion by a third party which has caused modifications of the aforementioned data. Access to the Site
BIOCYTE is working at keeping the Site accessible, without however being subject to any obligation to achieve this. It is specified that for maintenance, update purposes, and for any other reason, notably technical, the access to the Site can be interrupted. BIOCYTE cannot be held responsible for these interruptions and for the consequences they can have for the User.
Cookies
BIOCYTE can plant a cookie in the User’s computer to help his/her identification. A cookie is a small IT file recorded in the computer’s hard drive. It records information relative to the navigation of the User’s computer on the Site (pages seen, date, time and duration of the visit). Cookies are used by BIOCYTE exclusively for the personalization of the service offered to the User. It can, in no case, damage the data on the computer. The User can oppose cookies being saved by disabling this function in its browser’s parameters. The User can still access the site when cookies are disabled.
Hypertexts links installed on the Site
The hypertexts links installed on the Site may lead the User to different Internet sites operated by partners. It is specified that BIOCYTE has not verified all the websites which could be connected to theirs, their content and the information presented, and therefore rejects all liability on content, advertising, products or services available on the sites and on the use made of them by the User. The User accepts sole responsibility for visiting linked websites. The creation of hypertext links towards the Site requires the prior written authorization of BIOCYTE. Personal data
BIOCYTE may need to collect personal data concerning the User (newsletter, contact, inscriptions, online purchases). In accordance with the provisions of French law no.78-17 dated 6 January 1978 relating to Information Technology, Files and Civil Liberties, the User is hereby informed that he/she has the right to access, correct and delete his/her personal data. Finally, unless opposed by the User, BIOCYTE may be required to transfer data concerning the User to its partners.
Modification of the notice
